Our hosts Nicole and Flaminia invite you for a “buona cena” consisting of fresh seasonal ingredients, traditional Italian recipes from their family's background, and heirloom cooking techniques. 

Italian cooking looks simple.  But the little nuances of do’s and absolute do-nots is what makes it authentic.  Join local friends for an experience that includes hands-on gnocchi making, a discussion of how wine is closely connected with the meal, and much, much, more. 

We conclude with a sit-down dinner.  And if four courses with two premium wine pairings is not enough, additional wine will be available for purchase. La Cena e servita!
